As one of Sweden’s largest tech clusters, Mobile Heights has an extensive network of people and organisations interested in ICT, tech, and its related areas. We also have great experience in organising events in tech – ranging from smaller gatherings to larger conferences.
If you have an event idea that is relevant and interesting to our member base, we are able to offer to help out with our Mobile Heights Event Boost.
Kindly note that this service is offered exclusively to our Mobile Heights’ members.
WHAT WILL MOBILE HEIGHTS DO?
As part of the Event Boost, Mobile Heights offers to:
- Give recommendations for a venue
- Share your event invitation with Mobile Heights’ extended network, which includes approx. 5500 persons on social media and 3000 persons on our mailing list
- Grant use of Mobile Heights’ logo on the event material, and offer use of our name as a partner to the event
- Participate at the event with a Mobile Heights’ representative and provide event visuals with Mobile Heights roll-up banner
- Give advice, helpful tips and feedback during the organisation of the event
WHAT WILL THE MEMBER DO?
The member will:
- Take full responsibility and management of the event
- Choose topic and book speakers
- Book venue and catering
- Create and send out invitations including registration form
- Add Mobile Heights’ logo and name as a partner to the event and write “Organised by X in co-operation with Mobile Heights”
- Cover all costs
The seminar, invitations and all other communication will be in English.
