In the project “Fokus Tillväxt”, we are helping businesses in Skåne find new ways to achieve profitability and growth through five focus areas:

The project is coordinated by Region Skåne, and implemented together with other organisations supporting business in Skåne – including Mobile Heights.
Mobile Heights’ role is to provide businesses with knowledge and tools to strengthen their company’s digitalisation capacity and develop competitive offers and digital business models. Learn more here.
HOW IT WORKS
Interested companies start by booking a counselling meeting, intended to identify and prioritise the company’s needs and challenges based on a situation analysis. A suitable advisor is then introduced in the relevant growth area.
The advisor’s role is to guide the company to the right experts, coordinate growth efforts, and act as a sounding board throughout the process.
