How can an open data platform increase the use of machine learning?

The project aims at exploring and defining Open Collaborative Data (OCD) as an innovation platform for the industry to innovate, share costs and ensure the quality of data for training of machine learning applications. The goal of the project is to assess the interest of the concept of open collaborative data, to ensure competitive and innovative Swedish companies.
